Transformation Lead is excited to offer an opportunity for motivated individuals to join our Project Coordinator Apprentice program. This apprenticeship is designed for those looking to build a career in project coordination within a globally focused Digital Transformation company. As part of our Competency-based Apprenticeship, you will work alongside experienced project managers, gaining hands-on experience while advancing your technical and professional skills through structured learning.
We are looking for bright, driven, and detail-oriented candidates. No prior project management experience is necessary; we will provide all the training and mentorship you need to succeed!
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Project Coordinator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and management of diverse operations and technology-related projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in planning, scheduling, and monitoring various project phases.
- Coordinating meetings and managing communication between team members.
- Preparing presentations and status updates for stakeholders.
- Organizing and maintaining project documentation.
- Tracking project risks and opportunities, and proposing solutions.
- Providing administrative support and maintaining project records.
- Supporting financial tracking and managing project budgets.
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Learning and applying Agile project management and risk management techniques.
Skills and Qualifications
While prior project management experience is not required, the following skills and qualities are valued:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and apply project management methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams).
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts and terminology is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Apprenticeship Program Details
- Duration: Competency-based program with on-the-job learning (2000 hours) and structured related instruction (257 hours).
- Wage: Paid training with opportunities for increases based on performance and milestones.
- Certification: Opportunity to earn certifications such as CompTIA Project+ and CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) through the apprenticeship.
